Renaming Equipment on Staging

Staging assigns equipment names automatically to each device discovered on the building network. You can rename any equipment:

1. Head to the Overview tab
2. To rename equipment, simply click the ✎ icon next to the equipment name on the equipment card and enter the new name.

Equipment names must be unique within a building and cannot share a name with a Location. This check is enforced when equipment are published
